Interior Finishes Excite Gransley Buyers
Builders have begun installing interior trim and cabinets in several homes in Gransley, the premier new construction neighborhood in Alpharetta. After walking potential buyers through, some seemed surprised at the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that is going into these homes. Comments ranged from "very nice kitchen layout" to "I can't believe the ceilings in this house. You expect a certain level of interior finish, but this is beyond what we typically see." Two homes will be completed within the next 60 days and another is starting in a few weeks. The new home start is a contract-to-build and will be very complimentary to the other homes in the development. The home on lot 17 is about four to five months out, and promises to be a spectacular master on main.
